Google July 2021 Core update, A detailed analysis | See the update from the eyes of MOZcast and SEMrush sensors
Hey guys, this post is to inform you that the July 2021 Core update is now rolling out. In this post, we will discuss July 2021 Core update as well as its effects on Google SERPs.
About the Update:
The July 2021 core update is basically the 2nd Part of the June 2021 google Core update which was launched on the 2nd of June,2021. Look What Google said when launching June 2021 Core update.
It said:
"Some of our planned improvements for the June 2021 update aren’t quite ready, so we’re moving ahead with the parts that are, then we will follow with the rest with the July 2021 update. Most sites won’t notice either of these updates, as is typical with any core updates..."
So, we were actually expecting a Core update in July 2021. But, honestly speaking, I was not expecting it on the first of July 2021.

When we saw this update from the eyes of SEMrush sensors and MOZcast on the 2nd of July,2021, It seems like that the update is a big one.
Look, what we found when we saw the update from the eyes of SEMrush sensors.

On Saturday 3rd July, Semrush sensors are showing that there is not a big change in ranking for most categories.
But, high changes in rankings are still appearing for some categories. Some categories such as news and gaming are still experiencing a high change in rankings.
On the 4th of July, 2021
On the 4th of July, when we again see the update from the eyes of SEMrush sensors, the overall changes in the rankings of Google SERPs was normal but News and some other categories are still experiencing a very high change in rankings.
On the 5th of July,2021:
On the 5th of July, 2021 SEMrush sensors observed a gradual increase in the volatility of Google SERPs. The score was recorded the same as that of 3rd July i-e. 5.2. Some categories like news, arts and entertainment are still experiencing a quick shuffling in rankings.
Now, let's see this update from the eyes of Mozcast.
On Friday, July 2nd, 2021 MOZcast is also showing a significant change in the temperature of Google SERPs. The temperature of the Google SERPs is 103degrees whereas 70 degrees is the Normal temperature.
MOZcast on Saturday, 3rd July.
When we saw the update from the eyes of Mozcast on the 3rd of July,2021, A significant decrease in the temperature of Google SERPs was observed. The temperature drops from 103degrees to 83 degrees...
On July 4th, 2021 We again saw the update from the eyes of MOZcast which detected something, similar to what SEMrush sensors has detected. It detected that the temperature of Google SERPs is 77 degrees which is almost normal.
On the 5th of July,2021
Very similar to SEMrush sensors mozcast to provide the same temperature on 5th of July,2021 to what it provided on the 3rd of July. The temperature of the google SERPs was reported 83 degrees on the 5th day of Google's July Core update.
